5.2 Deliveries

In case delivery is not possible due to the recipient's absence, the transport agency will contact you through the usual means to indicate the next steps for the delivery to be made.

6. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL

6.1 Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. In accordance with European Union legislation on consumer protection, you have the right to withdraw all or part of your Order for any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

To initiate the return process, follow the instructions available on the Website or contact us through the usual channels provided and as detailed in the Customer Service section of these Purchase Conditions. You can use the withdrawal form template provided at the end of these Purchase Conditions in ANNEX 1 to exercise your right of withdrawal, although it is not mandatory.

6.2 Refunds
