During the purchase process, we will confirm if we can ship to the delivery address you provide, and if applicable, the available shipping methods and rates.
To finalize the order, it is necessary to accept the pre-established shipping method. We will send it to you without any undue delay and in accordance with the following deadlines. Some shipping methods may have additional charges, as specified below:

Special products with measurements exceeding 1.20 m have an additional cost according to the carrier. 3 m profiles are delivered according to the quantities of the original packaging and cannot be served separately.
For the purposes of these Purchase Conditions, it will be understood that delivery has taken place or that the order has been delivered at the moment you or a third party authorized by you acquire physical possession of the products, which will be evidenced by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
In the event that delivery is not possible due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will contact you through the usual means to indicate the next steps for the delivery to be made.
Have you changed your mind? No problem. In accordance with European Union legislation on consumer protection, you have the right to withdraw from all or part of your Order for any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
To initiate the return process, follow the instructions available on the Website or contact us through the usual channels provided in the Customer Service section of these Purchase Conditions. You can use the withdrawal form template provided at the end of these Purchase Conditions in ANNEX 1 to exercise your right to withdraw, although it is not necessary.
When making a return, we will refund the value of the Order, but you must take into account that depending on the place of delivery, return costs may apply. Also, if you want to keep part of the Order, we will not refund the shipping costs.
The refund will be made to the same payment method you used to place the Order. Our goal is to process the refund as soon as possible and, at the latest, within 14 days from when we receive the items back. If you have not received the refund within this period, please contact us and we will assist you.
When making a return, we will refund the full amount of any item from an Order as long as it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or used in any way that reduces the value of the item. Is there a problem with one of the items in the Order? According to the applicable European Union legislation on consumer protection, all products must be free from defects, meaning they must conform to the sales contract, be suitable for the intended use, and function like any other product of the same type.

During the 3 years following the date of receipt of the Order, you may return the items in case they have a manufacturing defect, but not in cases where the defect stems from misuse of the product, improper or inadequate use, or damage caused by impacts.
For American consumers, the Limited Lifetime Warranty will apply. This covers any material and workmanship defects, ensuring your peace of mind. For products purchased before 2020, a one-year warranty applies, while those purchased in 2020 or later are covered by our lifetime warranty. The warranty lasts as long as the consumer owns their Viefe product, however, the coverage will cease at the time of sale or transfer of the product. This warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, accidents, natural disasters, corrosive environments, outdoor use, or alterations. Additionally, changes in appearance due to normal wear and tear are not considered defects and are not covered.
This warranty applies only to the original buyer and cannot be transferred. Returning with the Limited Lifetime Warranty offers the possibility of repairing or replacing the defective product. If this is impossible or generates disproportionate costs, we would offer a price reduction or refund, as preferred. To proceed with a return of a defective product, you must: (1) contact Viefe to report the defect and receive instructions; (2) allow Viefe to inspect the product; and (3) return the product to Viefe within thirty (30) days, accompanied by a description of the defect and proof of the original purchase.
We ask that whenever possible, you inspect the Orders at the time of receipt so that in case of any issues, you can contact us as soon as possible so we can provide you with a solution.

The performance by Font Vergés S.L. of all or part of its obligations will be suspended in the event of the occurrence of a fortuitous event or force majeure that prevents or delays compliance. These will be considered as such, in particular, without this list being exhaustive: war, riots, insurrection, social unrest, strikes of any kind, and supply problems not attributable to it.
If a fortuitous event or force majeure occurs, we will inform you within 10 days of its occurrence. In the event that such suspension extends beyond a period of 30 days, you will have the option to terminate the current Order and then proceed with its refund under the conditions provided in these Purchase Conditions.
The illegality, invalidity, or ineffectiveness of any of the clauses that make up these Purchase Conditions will not affect the effectiveness of the rest, as long as the rights and obligations are not fundamentally affected. Such clauses must be replaced or supplemented with others that, being in accordance with the law, serve the purpose of those replaced.
These Purchase Conditions were last updated on 25/07/2025. We may revise and update these Purchase Conditions at any time and will notify you through the usual channels, but they will only come into effect 14 days after publication if they affect material elements.

Any dispute or controversy will be resolved by the courts and tribunals of Vic with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to you, except in the case that you are considered a consumer, in which case the courts and tribunals of your domicile will have jurisdiction.
