The following Purchase Conditions regulate the acquisition of items through the website https://www.viefe.com (hereinafter the "Website") that sells and advertises products from Viefe.

Access to the Website grants you the status of "User", understanding as User anyone who uses the Website to obtain information about the items offered, to register, or to place an order (hereinafter, an "Order").

3.1 Placing an Order

To place an Order, you must follow the online purchasing process and confirm your Order to complete it. After this, you will receive an email confirming that we have successfully received the Order along with all the corresponding information.

If you do not receive the Order confirmation, please check that the payment has been made correctly in your bank account. If the payment is confirmed, check your spam or junk mail folder. It should be there. Otherwise, feel free to contact us using any of the contact methods indicated in the Customer Service section.

All personal data or information you provide us to place an Order will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy and Cookies Policy.

3.2 Modify an Order

If you notice that there is an error in any of the data you have entered when placing the order, you can contact us using any of the contact methods indicated in the Customer Service section and we will do our best to correct it.

All Orders are subject to product availability, so if we are unable to supply an item due to any difficulty in the supply of products or in stock, we will proceed to refund any amount you have paid.

4. PRICE

4.1 Amounts

The prices applicable to the products are those indicated on the Website at the time of formalizing the Order, and exclude shipping costs that will be added to the final price of the order.

The final price shows the total price, including taxes such as VAT (Value Added Tax) or any other indirect tax applicable, as required by consumer protection regulations.

Any additional costs that are passed on to the customer will be broken down clearly before confirming the order, such as shipping costs.

In the event that, due to the nature of the product, the costs cannot be broken down accurately, the essential characteristics of the products will be detailed so that the customer can make a purchase decision with all the necessary information.

4.2 Payment

Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, they will have been added to your basket and the next step will be to process the order and make the payment. To do this, you must follow the steps of the purchasing process, filling in or checking the information we request at each step, and you will also be informed of the accepted payment methods. When making your purchase, you can indicate if you wish to receive the invoice in electronic format. If you prefer to receive it on paper at any time, just let us know through any of our customer service channels, and we will send it to you at no additional cost.

5. SHIPPING

5.1 Shipping methods

During the purchase process, we will confirm if we can ship to the delivery address you provide, and if applicable, the available shipping methods and rates.

To finalize the order, it is necessary to accept the pre-established shipping method. We will send it to you without any undue delay and in accordance with the following deadlines. Some shipping methods may have additional charges, as specified below:

Special products with measurements exceeding 1.20 m have an additional cost according to the carrier. 3 m profiles are delivered according to the quantities of the original packaging and cannot be served separately.

5.2 Deliveries

For the purposes of these Purchase Conditions, it will be understood that delivery has taken place or that the order has been delivered at the moment you or a third party authorized by you acquire physical possession of the products, which will be evidenced by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

In the event that delivery is not possible due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will contact you through the usual means to indicate the next steps for the delivery to be made.

6. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL.

6.1 Returns

Have you changed your mind? No problem. In accordance with European Union legislation on consumer protection, you have the right to withdraw from all or part of your Order for any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

To initiate the return process, follow the instructions available on the Website or contact us through the usual channels provided in the Customer Service section of these Purchase Conditions. You can use the withdrawal form template provided at the end of these Purchase Conditions in ANNEX 1 to exercise your right to withdraw, although it is not necessary.

6.2 Refunds

When making a return, we will refund the value of the Order, but you must take into account that depending on the place of delivery, return costs may apply. Also, if you want to keep part of the Order, we will not refund the shipping costs.

The refund will be made to the same payment method you used to place the Order. Our goal is to process the refund as soon as possible and, at the latest, within 14 days from when we receive the items back. If you have not received the refund within this period, please contact us and we will assist you.

When making a return, we will refund the full amount of any item from an Order as long as it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or used in any way that reduces the value of the item. Please return the item using and including all its original packaging, instructions, and any other accompanying documents if applicable.

The following warranties provide specific legal rights, which may vary depending on your jurisdiction.

Is there a problem with one of the items in the Order? According to the applicable European Union legislation on consumer protection, all products must be free from defects, meaning they must conform to the sales contract, be suitable for the intended use, and function like any other product of the same type.

Depending on the product and the defect the item has, we give you the option to repair it or replace it with a new one. If this is impossible or generates disproportionate costs, we will offer you a price reduction or a refund, whichever you prefer.

During the 3 years following the date of receipt of the Order, you may return the items in case they have a manufacturing defect, but not in cases where the defect stems from misuse of the product, improper or inadequate use, or damage caused by impacts.

For American consumers, the Limited Lifetime Warranty will apply. This covers any material and workmanship defects, ensuring your peace of mind. For products purchased before 2020, a one-year warranty applies, while those purchased in 2020 or later are covered by our lifetime warranty. The warranty lasts as long as the consumer owns their Viefe product, however, the coverage will cease at the time of sale or transfer of the product. This warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, accidents, natural disasters, corrosive environments, outdoor use, or alterations. Additionally, changes in appearance due to normal wear and tear are not considered defects and are not covered.

This warranty applies only to the original buyer and cannot be transferred. Returning with the Limited Lifetime Warranty offers the possibility of repairing or replacing the defective product. If this is impossible or generates disproportionate costs, we would offer a price reduction or refund, as preferred. To proceed with a return of a defective product, you must: (1) contact Viefe to report the defect and receive instructions; (2) allow Viefe to inspect the product; and (3) return the product to Viefe within thirty (30) days, accompanied by a description of the defect and proof of the original purchase.

We ask that whenever possible, you inspect the Orders at the time of receipt so that in case of any issues, you can contact us as soon as possible so we can provide you with a solution.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 Regarding the information.

We make every effort to accurately display and describe the attributes of our products on the Website, however, the color or measurements are only approximate values, so we do not guarantee the actual measurements or colors of the item you receive as they may vary depending on the material used in its manufacture.

If you are not satisfied with the item you have ordered, there is no problem, you can return it.

We provide you with links to third-party websites, platforms, and content to provide and manage Orders, and it is your responsibility to read and accept the terms and conditions and privacy policies published on such linked websites or applications.

In no case does the existence of linked sites, integrations, the presence of plugins, or search mechanisms imply the recommendation or promotion of the linked sites or their content by Viefe. Therefore, we are not responsible for the content, statements, or services provided by third-party websites.

In any case, we will proceed to immediately remove any link when the content to which it redirects may contravene national or international legislation, morality, or public order. Therefore, if you believe that there is a linked website with illegal or inappropriate content, we ask you to inform us so that we can take appropriate action.

8.3 Web availability

We have adopted, and will continue to adopt, whatever measures are necessary, within our means and those of the state of technology, to ensure the correct functioning of the Website and to prevent the existence of harmful components. However, we will not be liable for any damages that may be caused to you or third parties by the inability to access the Website, as well as by the presence of viruses, worms, or other harmful elements.

All products available at https://www.viefe.com comply with the safety requirements established by Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on General Product Safety. 9. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

9.1 Force majeure

The performance by Font Vergés S.L. of all or part of its obligations will be suspended in the event of the occurrence of a fortuitous event or force majeure that prevents or delays compliance. These will be considered as such, in particular, without this list being exhaustive: war, riots, insurrection, social unrest, strikes of any kind, and supply problems not attributable to it.

If a fortuitous event or force majeure occurs, we will inform you within 10 days of its occurrence. In the event that such suspension extends beyond a period of 30 days, you will have the option to terminate the current Order and then proceed with its refund under the conditions provided in these Purchase Conditions.

9.2 Independence and Integrity of Clauses

The illegality, invalidity, or ineffectiveness of any of the clauses that make up these Purchase Conditions will not affect the effectiveness of the rest, as long as the rights and obligations are not fundamentally affected. Such clauses must be replaced or supplemented with others that, being in accordance with the law, serve the purpose of those replaced.

9.3 Modification of Purchase Conditions

These Purchase Conditions were last updated on 25/07/2025. We may revise and update these Purchase Conditions at any time and will notify you through the usual channels, but they will only come into effect 14 days after publication if they affect material elements.

9.4 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The access and use of https://www.viefe.com will be governed by the provisions of Spanish legislation. Any dispute or controversy will be resolved by the courts and tribunals of Vic with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to you, except in the case that you are considered a consumer, in which case the courts and tribunals of your domicile will have jurisdiction.
