Unless otherwise stated, promotions and discounts are for one-time use only, not cumulative with each other, and subject to availability. At Munich, we reserve the right to cancel any order if we detect an obvious error in the published price or improper, fraudulent, or contrary use to the promotion conditions.
During the purchase process, we will confirm if we can ship to the delivery address you provide, and if applicable, the available methods and rates, if any.
To formalize the order, it is necessary to accept the pre-established shipping method; on our part, we will send it without undue delay and according to the following timeframes. Some shipping methods may have additional charges, as specified below:

In the event that munichsports.com is unable to deliver any of the items due to lack of stock, our customer service will contact you via email within 24/72 business hours from Monday to Friday, to inform you and proceed with the refund. In case of a total stock shortage, the corresponding order will be canceled and a refund will be issued; in case of a partial stock shortage, the corresponding refund will be made and the available items will be shipped.

Residents in the European Union.
The prices of the products sold on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT). If you are a company entitled to VAT exemption, you must provide us with your VAT number and the relevant certificate.
Residents in non-EU countries.
Purchases made by individuals or legal entities residing in non-EU countries will not be exempt from VAT payment unless they provide us with the appropriate certificate.
Orders will not be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
Orders destined for non-EU countries are subject to various customs duties and taxes. Payment of these will be the responsibility of the customer.

No shipments will be made to P.O. Boxes. In the case of shipments to areas requiring payment of tariffs, taxes, or customs clearance (such as the Canary Islands), the costs arising from such clearance, taxes, and customs duties will be borne by the customer. For more information about customs charges in your territory, please consult your local customs office. Koröshi Shop will not make any calculation or estimate of these costs nor will it be responsible for them under any circumstances.
For the purposes of these Terms of Sale, "delivery" or that the order has been "delivered" shall be understood to have been formalized at the moment when the Customer, or a third party duly designated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the Products, which shall be evidenced by the signature of receipt of the order at the delivery address indicated by the Customer.
In the event that the Customer designates a third party to receive the order, this person must carry a written authorization issued by the Customer. Such authorization must include, at a minimum, the confirmation email of receipt of the order received by the Customer as well as a copy of the National Identity Document, Foreigner Identification Number, or Passport, as applicable, of the Customer.
For the purposes of these Purchase Conditions, delivery or that the order has been delivered shall be understood to have occurred at the moment when you or a third party authorized by you acquires physical possession of the products, which shall be evidenced by the signature of receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
In case delivery cannot be made due to the recipient's absence, the shipping agency will contact you by the usual means to inform you of the next steps to enable delivery.
ORDERS TO THE PENINSULA AND BALEARIC ISLANDS: Orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days from the order confirmation date, except during holiday periods such as Christmas when shipping times may be longer than expected. Orders placed after 12:00 am will be processed the following day.
ORDERS TO THE CANARY ISLANDS AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days from the order confirmation date. Orders placed after 12:00 am will be processed the following day.
OUT-OF-SEASON OR LOW-STOCK PRODUCTS: If an item is out of season or has low stock, it may be shipped from sub-warehouses or points of sale. In such cases, delivery may take a little longer, with the customer always being informed of the status of their order.
INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ORDER: We have different channels through which the customer can request information about the status of their order and the approximate delivery time.
The customer will receive an email with a tracking code to track their order with the shipping company.
ORDERS TO BE PICKED UP IN STORE: After thirty (30) days from when the order is available for delivery without it having been delivered due to reasons not attributable to KORÖSHI, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from it. As a consequence, we will refund all payments received from the Customer, including delivery charges, within fourteen (14) days from the date we consider the order resolved.
Changed your mind? No problem. In accordance with European Union consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from all or part of your Order for any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
To initiate the return process, follow the instructions we provide on the Website or contact us through the usual channels available to you, which we detail in the “Customer Service” section of these Terms of Purchase. You may use the withdrawal form template provided at the end of these Terms of Purchase in ANNEX I to exercise the right of withdrawal, although it is not mandatory.
When making a return, we will refund the value of the Order and the shipping costs, but you should be aware that depending on the place of shipment, return shipping costs may apply. Additionally, if you wish to keep part of the Order, we will not refund the shipping costs.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to place the Order. Our goal is to process the refund as soon as possible and, at the latest, within 14 days from when we receive the returned items. If you have not received the refund within this period, please contact us and we will assist you.
When making a return, we will refund the full amount of any item from an Order provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or used in any way that has reduced the value of the item. Please return the item using and including all its original packaging, instructions, and other accompanying documents, if any.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that: By their nature may deteriorate or expire quickly; Are sealed and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed, such as certain underwear, swimwear, piercing jewelry, facial masks, beauty and cosmetic products; Are personalized; and CDs/DVDs once unsealed.
Is there a problem with one of the items in the Order?
In accordance with the applicable European Union consumer protection legislation, all products must be free of defects, which means they must conform to the sales contract, be suitable for the intended use, and function like any other product of the same type. Depending on the product and the defect the item has, we offer you the option to repair it or replace it with a new one. If this is impossible or would incur disproportionate costs, we will offer you a price reduction or a refund, as you prefer. For 3 years following the date of receipt of the Order, you may return items if they have a manufacturing defect, but not in cases where the defect results from misuse of the product, improper or inadequate use, or damage caused by impacts. To proceed with a return of a defective product, please contact us through the channels we provide.
Returns of merchandise will only be accepted within 30 days of receipt and must be authorized by the company La Tormenta Perfecta S.L.U.. To manage a size exchange, color exchange (same model), and/or refund, you must follow the following instructions:
Go to "My orders" in your personal account. Click on "Request return" (this is the same procedure for both exchanges and returns). Reason for the return: "Size exchange," "Color exchange (same model)," or "Refund." Within 24/48 business hours from Monday to Friday, we will contact you by email to provide further instructions.
You should NOT place a new order with the size/color you want as we will manage it for you.

The process for a claim due to defective material and to avoid unnecessary expenses is:

Indicate the defect of the product.
Indicate the order number and date (mandatory).
If MUNICH SHOP deems it appropriate, the product will be collected from your home at no additional cost to the customer. In that case, MUNICH SHOP will contact the customer to explain how the process will proceed. MUNICH SHOP will not reimburse the customer for shipping costs of defective material that the customer has sent unilaterally without prior authorization.
In the case of a return due to defective material caused by a manufacturing fault, MUNICH SHOP will replace the material with a new one or another of the same category.
In the case of a return due to defective material caused by misuse, MUNICH SHOP will inform the customer in writing of the reason why the claim is not valid and will return the defective product (if it was collected).
In case of a return because the material is not correct (size, color, etc.) due to an error by the customer, the customer must pay the return shipping costs or request an exchange of size and/or color by contacting ventas@munichshop.net
In case of an error in the shipment by MUNICH SHOP, it will collect and resend the correct product at no additional cost to the customer.

The fulfillment by La Tormenta Perfecta SLU of all or part of its obligations will be suspended in the event of a fortuitous event or force majeure that prevents or delays compliance. Such events shall include, without limitation: war, riots, insurrection, social disturbances, strikes of any kind, and supply problems not attributable to it.
If a fortuitous event or force majeure occurs, we will inform you within 10 days of its occurrence. If such suspension extends beyond a period of 30 days, you will have the option to terminate the current Order, and a refund will then be processed under the conditions set forth in these Terms of Purchase.
The illegality, invalidity, or ineffectiveness of any of the clauses forming these Terms of Purchase shall not affect the effectiveness of the rest, provided that the rights and obligations are not essentially affected. Such clauses shall be replaced or supplemented with others that, being compliant with the law, fulfill the purpose of the replaced ones.
