Access to the Web grants you the status of ‘User’, understood as anyone who uses the Web for the purpose of obtaining information about the products and services offered, to register on the platform or to subscribe to a program (hereinafter, a ‘Program’).

The use of the Website or the subscription to a Program by any User implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use, the Privacy and Cookies Policy, and the Legal Notice, which are available at the bottom of the Website.

If you have any questions related to the Terms of Use, the Privacy and Cookies Policy, or the Legal Notice, you can contact us through our usual contact channels, and if you do not agree with them, we ask that you leave the Website and do not subscribe to any Program. If you subscribe to a Program on behalf of a company, you should know that the company will be bound by the same.

3. SUBSCRIPTION TO A PROGRAM

You may subscribe to a Program and access the educational materials, presented in various digital formats (which may include video, audio, downloadable digital resources, webinars or online seminars, virtual and in-person events, forum participation, etc.), which you can use for a specified period, upon payment of the price through the Web, for which it is necessary that you accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy and Cookies Policy and the Legal Notice.

3.1 Subscribing

We provide you with the option to contract a Program through the Web where you will find the conditions related to each of the Programs and the subscription to them. Once the Subscription is confirmed, you can make the payment for a Program through the Web, after which you will receive an email confirming its validity along with all the corresponding information.

If you do not receive confirmation of your subscription, check your bank account to ensure the payment was made correctly. If the payment is confirmed, check your junk or ‘spam’ mail. It should be there. In any case, if you have any questions, you can contact us through the usual channels.

3.2 Price

The prices are those indicated on the Web and may be updated at any time without prior notice, although they will not affect existing subscriptions. These prices include VAT or other applicable indirect taxes.

Until you have completed the payment of the Program price, you will not acquire the status of student and will not be able to access the Program and, therefore, any content offered by the Web to its students.

3.3 Payment Methods

To formalize the contracting of a Program, you must provide a payment method. The Website may redirect you to third-party platforms to formalize the payment of the Reservation by credit card or another payment method available at any given time.

When redirected to third-party platforms to make the payment, you will access the platform managed by the corresponding payment service provider (an environment external to the Website and not controlled by Primedefence UK SL). There, the final amount, the purchase reference number will be displayed on the screen, and you will be asked to provide the information of the selected payment method. Since the payment process occurs in an environment independent of the Website, if any problem or eventuality related to this process occurs, you must deal with it directly with the payment service provider, following their terms and conditions. At Primedefence UK SL, we have no control over the payment platform nor do we access or manage the data that users provide to make payments.

You can modify your payment methods from your profile on the Website or by contacting us via the email info@unihackers.com. After each update, you authorize us to continue charging you through the relevant payment method or methods.

3.4 Billing

When making a purchase, you can indicate if you wish to receive the invoice in electronic format. If at any time you prefer to receive it on paper, just notify us through any of our customer service channels and we will send it to you at no additional cost.

3.5 Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from contracting a Program for any reason within 14 calendar days, provided you have not used it. We will understand that a Program has been used when more than 10% of the contents of a Program have been accessed. After these 14 calendar days, counting from the moment you formalize the payment of the Program, you will no longer be able to withdraw.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing either by postal mail to the address, Urb. Montebravo, Edif. Los Pinos, 1B, or by writing to the email info@unihackers.com. Once the withdrawal is exercised, we will proceed with the refund of the price as soon as possible, and in any case, within the following 14 calendar days. We will proceed to make such reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you indicate otherwise. You will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

5.1 Regarding the information

Additionally, you must take into account that taking a Program does not guarantee an increase in the user's job prospects, salary increases, or other professional improvements. At Primedefence UK SL, we allow Users who have purchased or completed a Program to share their experience through reviews, ratings, and comments (hereinafter, the “Reviews”). These Reviews aim to help other Users make informed decisions. By submitting a Review, you expressly accept these Purchase Conditions, the Legal Notice, and the Privacy and Cookies Policy, and you declare that:

• You are of legal age.
• You are the original author of the content or have the necessary authorizations for its publication.
• The Review reflects a real personal experience, either your own or of people in your environment for whom you have authorization to share such experience.
• You have not received any payment, gift, incentive, or compensation for issuing the Review, except in the case of sponsored reviews or those derived from official commercial agreements with us, which will be clearly identified as incentivized content or promotional collaborations.

7.2. Verification and publication of reviews

Reviews may come from those who have contracted a Program directly on Primedefence UK SL or from third-party websites, in which case their origin may be indicated.

Once published, we will inform you about the criteria used to determine their order of appearance, which will be based on objective parameters such as the publication date, relevance, or usefulness. Under no circumstances will the original content or rating be modified.

7.3. Rights of use over Reviews

8. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

8.1 Force Majeure

In the event of a fortuitous event or force majeure that prevents or delays the fulfillment of our obligations, we may be forced to suspend the Programs in whole or in part. Such events shall be considered, in particular, without this list being exhaustive: war, riots, insurrection, social unrest, strikes of any kind, and supply problems not attributable to us.

If a fortuitous event or force majeure occurs, we will inform you within 10 days of its occurrence. If such suspension extends beyond a period of 30 days, you will have the option to cancel the Program and a refund will then be processed under the conditions set forth in these Terms of Use.

8.2 Modification of the Terms of Use

These Terms of Use were last updated on 29/01/2026. We may review and update these Terms of Use at any time and will notify you by the usual means, but whenever they affect material elements, they will not take effect until 14 days after publication.

8.3 Independence and Integrity of Clauses

The illegality, invalidity, or ineffectiveness of any of the clauses forming these Terms of Use shall not affect the validity of the rest, provided that the rights and obligations are not essentially affected. Such clauses shall be replaced or supplemented by others that, being in accordance with the law, fulfill the purpose of the replaced clauses.

8.4 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Access to and use of https://www.unihackers.com shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute or controversy shall be resolved by the courts and tribunals of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to you, except in the case where you are considered a consumer, in which case the courts and tribunals of your domicile shall have jurisdiction.
