3.1 Subscribe

We offer you the option to subscribe to a Program through the Website where you will find the conditions related to each of the Programs and the subscription to them. Once the subscription is confirmed, you can make the payment for a Program through the Website, after which you will receive an email confirming its validity along with all the corresponding information.

If you do not receive the confirmation of your subscription, please check that the payment has been made correctly in your bank account. If the payment is confirmed, check your spam or junk mail. 3.2 Price

You have the right to withdraw from the contracting of a Program for any reason within a period of 14 calendar days, provided that you have not made use of them. We will consider that a Program has been used when more than 10% of the contents of a Program have been accessed. After these 14 calendar days, starting from the moment you make the payment for the Program, you will no longer be able to withdraw.

Once the withdrawal has been exercised, we will proceed to refund the price as soon as possible, and in any case, within the following 14 calendar days. We will make this refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you indicate otherwise. You will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.
