Access to the Web grants you the status of ‘User’, understood as anyone who uses the Web for the purpose of obtaining information about the products and services offered, to register on the platform or to subscribe to a program (hereinafter, a ‘Program’).

The use of the Website or the subscription to a Program by any User implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and Cookies, and the Legal Notice, which are available at the bottom of the Website.

If you have any questions related to the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and Cookies or the Legal Notice, you can contact us through our usual contact channels and if you do not agree with them, we ask you to leave the Website and not subscribe to any Program. If you subscribe to a Program on behalf of a company, you should know that it will be bound by the same.

2.1 Access to the Website

The Website is free and open access; however, subscribing to a Program requires prior subscription or registration on the Website. Additionally, some sections may require you to fill out a form or make a payment, as explained later.

You may subscribe to a Program and access the educational materials, presented in various digital formats (which may include video, audio, downloadable digital resources, webinars or online seminars, virtual and in-person events, forum participation, etc.), which you may use for a specified period, upon payment of the price through the Website, for which it is necessary that you accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and Cookies, and the Legal Notice.

3.1 Subscribing

We provide you with the option to contract a Program through the Website where you will find the conditions related to each of the Programs and their subscription. Once the Subscription is confirmed, you can make the payment for a Program through the Website, after which you will receive an email confirming its validity along with all the corresponding information.

If you do not receive confirmation of your subscription, check your bank account to ensure the payment was made correctly. If the payment is confirmed, check your junk or ‘spam’ mail. It should be there. In any case, if you have any questions, you can contact us through the usual means.

3.2 Price

The prices are those indicated on the Website and may be updated at any time and without prior notice, although they will not affect those subscriptions in force. These prices include VAT or other applicable indirect taxes.

Until you have completed the payment of the Program price, you will not acquire the status of student and will not be able to access the Program and, therefore, any content offered by the Website to its students.

3.3 Payment Methods

To formalize the contracting of a Program, you must provide a payment method. The Website may redirect you to third-party platforms to formalize the payment of the Reservation by credit card or another payment method available at any given time.

When redirected to third-party platforms to make the payment, you will access the platform managed by the corresponding payment service provider (an environment external to the Website and not controlled by BLUE Equidad y Liderazgo SL). There, the final amount, the purchase reference number will be displayed on the screen, and you will be asked to provide the information of the selected payment method. Since the payment process occurs in an environment independent of the Website, if any problem or eventuality related to this process occurs, you must deal with it directly with the payment service provider, following their terms and conditions. At BLUE Equidad y Liderazgo SL, we have no control over the payment platform nor do we access or manage the data that users provide to make payments.

You can modify your payment methods from your Website profile or by contacting us via the email hola@escuelamercebrey.com. After each update, you authorize us to continue charging you through the relevant payment method(s).

3.4 Billing

When making a purchase, you can indicate if you wish to receive the invoice in electronic format. If at any time you prefer to receive it on paper, just notify us through any of our customer service channels and we will send it to you at no additional cost.

3.5 Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from contracting a Program for any reason within 14 calendar days. After these 14 calendar days, starting from when you formalize the payment of the Program, you will no longer be able to withdraw.

Please note that, in the case of online Programs that include digital content (for example, watching videos or downloading materials), if you start accessing it before the withdrawal period ends, we will understand that you have given your consent for the service to be executed, and therefore you will lose your right of withdrawal. In the case of an in-person Program, the right of withdrawal will not apply once you have attended the first day of in-person training.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing either by postal mail to the address Carrer Tres Creus 104, 1º-1ª Sabadell (08201), Barcelona, España or by sending an email to hola@escuelamercebrey.com. Once the withdrawal is exercised, we will proceed with the refund of the price as soon as possible, and in any case, within 14 calendar days. We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you indicate otherwise. You will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

If you prefer, you can use the withdrawal form model provided at the end of these Terms of Use in ANNEX 1 to exercise the right of withdrawal, although it is not mandatory.

Likewise, you may publish only one review per contracted Program.

When we can verify that the Review corresponds to a Program actually contracted, through registration data, the email linked to the account, or another technical validation mechanism, we may display it identified as “verified” and inform you of the verification method applied.

Reviews may come from those who have contracted a Program directly on BLUE Equidad y Liderazgo SL or from third-party websites, in which case their origin may be indicated.

8. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

8.1 Force Majeure

In the event of a fortuitous event or force majeure that prevents or delays the fulfillment of our obligations, we may be forced to suspend the Programs in whole or in part. Such events shall be considered, in particular, without this list being exhaustive: war, riots, insurrection, social unrest, strikes of any kind, and supply problems not attributable to us.

If a fortuitous event or force majeure occurs, we will inform you within 10 days of its occurrence. If such suspension lasts more than 30 days, you will have the option to cancel the Program and a refund will then be processed under the conditions set forth in these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use were last updated on 25/03/2026. We may review and update these Terms of Use at any time and will notify you by usual means, but any material changes will not take effect until 14 days after publication.

8.3 Independence and Integrity of Clauses

The illegality, invalidity, or ineffectiveness of any clause forming part of these Terms of Use shall not affect the validity of the remainder, provided that the rights and obligations are not essentially affected. 8.4 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
