Terms and Conditions of Use

At FUNDACION SOLTI, we offer you Cyclibtool, a digital tool based on artificial intelligence, designed exclusively for use by healthcare professionals (hereinafter, the “Tool”), which provides information on possible drug interactions.

You can access the Tool through the website https://cyclibtool.org, and, where applicable, through the mobile applications and other interactive properties that we at FUNDACION SOLTI have and operate, in accordance with the following Terms of Use.

Access to and use of the Tool grants you the status of User, understood as the healthcare professional who accesses the Tool for the purpose of learning about its operation or using it to consult and receive pharmacological information (hereinafter, the “results”).

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, a “healthcare professional” shall be understood as a person who, in accordance with applicable regulations, is legally authorized to practice a healthcare profession, whether in the care, research, teaching, or pharmaceutical field.

1.2 Acceptance of the Terms of Use

We recommend that you read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Tool. Access to or use of the Tool by any User implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use, the Privacy and Cookies Policy and the Legal Notice, which are available on the Website.

If you have any questions related to the Terms of Use, the Privacy and Cookies Policy, or the Legal Notice, you can contact us through our usual contact channels, and if you do not agree with them, we ask that you leave this page.

2. USE OF THE TOOL

2.1 Access to the Tool

The Tool is freely and openly accessible, and does not require any prior registration by the User. As a User, you agree to make proper use of the Tool and its contents, in accordance with these Terms of Use, applicable law, public order, and good customs, and not to carry out any use aimed at damaging, disabling, or overloading the Tool, nor that may in any way prevent its normal use and operation. At FUNDACION SOLTI, we make a continuous effort to keep the Tool functioning properly and with the contents duly updated. However, at FUNDACION SOLTI, we do not guarantee permanent availability nor uninterrupted continuity of access to the Tool, nor the constant updating of its contents.

2.2 Registration

As mentioned, there is no registration process to use the Tool.

However, access and use are reserved for healthcare professionals. Prior to access, you must declare whether you hold such status, without FUNDACION SOLTI carrying out any verification process.

As a User, you will be solely responsible for the truthfulness of the declaration made and for the use you make of the Tool.

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you do not meet the above criterion, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel access to the Tool.

2.3 Limitations on Use of the Tool

By using the Tool you agree not to:

• Use it if you are not a healthcare professional.
• Enter personal patient data, including health data or other special categories of data under Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
• Use the Tool as a system for diagnosis, prescription, or automated clinical decision-making.
• Replace professional clinical judgment with the results provided by the Tool.
• Perform actions likely to alter, damage, interrupt, or impair our electronic systems or those of third parties; as well as not obstructing other users' access to the Tool and its services by massive consumption of the computing resources through which we provide the service.
• Attempt to access restricted areas of our or third parties' computer systems and, if applicable, extract information.
• Infringe our intellectual or industrial property rights or those of third parties.
• Reproduce, copy, distribute (or any other form of public communication), transform, or modify the contents published on the Tool.
• Use any robot, spider, or other device, process, or automatic means for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any material from the Tool.
• Bypass any measure we may take to prevent or restrict access to certain areas of the Tool.
• Attempt in any other way to interfere with the proper functioning of the Tool.

If you do not comply with the provisions of these Terms of Use, we reserve the right to limit, suspend and/or terminate your access to the Tool, and may take any necessary measures to do so.

3. HOW THE TOOL WORKS

The Tool functions as an interactive chat based on artificial intelligence technology that provides indicative results regarding possible pharmacological interactions.

To make an inquiry, you must enter the CDK4/6 inhibitor you want to evaluate (ribociclib, palbociclib, or abemaciclib) along with the drug for which you want to check the possible pharmacological interaction. In the case of ribociclib, it will be necessary to specify the dose used.

Based on this information, the Tool will analyze the data available in its knowledge base and offer you an indicative result on pharmacological compatibility, which will be presented through a color-coded classification system, with the following coding:

• Green: safe concomitant administration.
• Orange: concomitant administration requiring caution.
• Red: contraindicated combination or high risk, which should be avoided.

When the result is classified as orange or red, the Tool will provide you with an explanation of the reason for the pharmacological interaction. Additionally, if you wish, it can show you a list of therapeutic alternatives within the same pharmacological family, not exceeding category 3 of the ATC classification.

Please note that this list may include drugs with different mechanisms of action and indications, so the final choice is exclusively your professional judgment. The Tool can only analyze one drug combination per inquiry. For this reason, it is not possible to check in a single inquiry with which CDK4/6 inhibitor a particular drug interacts; you must make separate inquiries for palbociclib, ribociclib, and abemaciclib.

You can interact with the Tool in different languages and, generally, you will receive the response in the same language. However, under certain circumstances, the response may be provided in English for technical efficiency reasons.

Inquiries and conversations conducted through the Tool may be collected and stored; however, their processing will be carried out in a non-personalized manner and in accordance with the provisions of our Privacy and Cookies Policy.

4. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

The Tool uses automated systems based on artificial intelligence to generate indicative results about possible drug interactions, based on the queries made by the User.

The results offered by the Tool are exclusively for informational and support purposes. However, given the automated nature of the process, FUNDACION SOLTI cannot absolutely guarantee the absence of errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, nor that the results provided are complete or fully up to date.

It is the User's responsibility to evaluate, verify, and contextualize the results provided by the Tool before using them in any professional, healthcare, research, or educational context. The automated generation of results is based on systems that:

• operate through automated models that are continuously updated, which may lead to variations in the generated results;
• are trained on large volumes of data, which may contain inaccurate or biased information; and
• generate results without individualized human intervention for each result.

Consequently, the Tool does not have the capacity to make clinical, healthcare, or therapeutic decisions, nor to assume commitments on behalf of FUNDACION SOLTI.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 Regarding the use and results of the Tool

The use of the Tool and the results obtained through it are under your sole responsibility. FUNDACION SOLTI shall not be liable for your use of such results nor for any decisions, actions, or consequences that may arise from their application.

As a User, you acknowledge that the results offered by the Tool are generated through automated processes based on artificial intelligence, and therefore FUNDACION SOLTI cannot guarantee that the information provided is exhaustive, complete, or accurate, nor that it is free from errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

The results are intended solely for informational and guidance purposes and do not constitute medical, clinical, or therapeutic advice, nor do they in any way replace professional judgment or the application of the lex artis. Consequently, they should not be used as the sole basis for making clinical, care, or therapeutic decisions.

The Tool is not designed or intended to diagnose, treat, evaluate, or directly improve the health status of any patient, nor to assume commitments or decisions on behalf of FUNDACION SOLTI.

It is exclusively the User's responsibility to independently assess, compare, and verify the information provided by the Tool before using it in any professional, care, research, or educational context.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FUNDACION SOLTI is exempt from any liability for damages, losses, or claims, direct or indirect, that may arise from the use, interpretation, or application of the results generated by the Tool, as well as from any use contrary to these Terms of Use.

6.2 Regarding content entered by the User

The Tool is intended exclusively for consulting pharmacological information and must not be used to enter personal data, including patient data or health data, or any other information that allows the identification of a person.

At FUNDACION SOLTI, we do not review or pre-validate the information entered by users and do not exercise continuous control over it. Consequently, the User is solely responsible for the information and data entered into the Tool.

The data and content entered must comply with current legislation and the provisions of these Terms of Use and the Privacy and Cookies Policy.

In any case, FUNDACION SOLTI reserves the right to limit or suspend access to the Tool when we detect or become aware of use contrary to the above.

6.3 Regarding third-party content and services

The Tool may include links, references, or access to third-party content, information, or services, provided solely for the User's convenience.
At FUNDACION SOLTI, we do not control or assume any responsibility for such content, services, or policies, nor do we guarantee their availability, accuracy, or legality. The inclusion of links or references does not imply any recommendation, approval, or promotion by FUNDACION SOLTI.

If the User considers that any linked content is unlawful or inappropriate, they may report it through the usual contact channels.

6.4 Availability of the Tool

We have adopted, and will continue to adopt, all necessary measures within our capabilities and the state of technology to ensure the proper functioning of the Tool and to prevent the presence of harmful components. However, we will not be liable for any damages or losses that you or third parties may suffer due to the inability to access the Tool, as well as the presence of viruses, worms, or other harmful elements.

7. REVIEWS AND RATINGS

At FUNDACION SOLTI, we allow Users who have used the Tool to share their experience through reviews, ratings, and comments (hereinafter, the “Reviews”). These Reviews are intended to help other Users make informed decisions.

By submitting a Review, you expressly accept these Terms of Use, the Legal Notice, and the Privacy and Cookies Policy, and you declare that:

• You are of legal age.
• You are the original author of the content or have the necessary authorizations for its publication.
• The Review reflects a genuine personal experience, either your own or of people in your environment for whom you have authorization to share such experience.
• You have not received any payment, gift, incentive, or compensation for submitting the Review, except in the case of sponsored reviews or those derived from official commercial agreements with us, which will be clearly identified as incentivized content or promotional collaborations.
• The content does not infringe on third-party rights (including copyright, image rights, data protection, trade secrets, or the right to honor).
• You do not include personal data (such as full names, addresses, emails, phone numbers) of yourself or others.
• You refrain from including images or references to minors.
• You waive all moral rights that may arise from the publication of the content.
• You agree that, when the system requires it, you may be asked for a pseudonym, which may be visible alongside the Review.

7.1. Moderation and Publication

At FUNDACION SOLTI, we may review reviews both through the implementation of automated systems and by manual methods, before or after their publication. Likewise, we reserve the right to delete or reject them, in whole or in part and without prior notice, if:

• They are false, misleading, inaccurate, or not based on a real experience.
• They contain offensive, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, sexist, racist language or incite hatred or violence.
• They include advertising, spam, links, prices, external comparisons, or other commercial purposes.
• They contain viruses or potentially harmful technical elements.
• They refer to matters unrelated to the Tool or its operation, or to incidents that must be processed through the enabled contact channels.
• They contain personal data of any kind or sensitive data according to Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (such as health, beliefs, sexual orientation, etc.).
• They constitute attacks on other Users or other Reviews.

Although we may correct spelling or formatting errors that do not alter the content, as well as remove personal data included by mistake, we will publish both positive and negative Reviews that meet these requirements and under the same moderation criteria. Likewise, you may publish only one Review per each Booking or contracted Service.

7.2. Verification and Publication of Reviews

When we can verify that the Review corresponds to the use of the Tool, by technical means, such Review may be displayed as verified and the User will be informed of the verification method applied.

Once published, we will inform you about the criteria used to determine their order of appearance, which will be based on objective parameters such as the publication date, relevance, or usefulness. Under no circumstances will the original content or rating be modified.

7.3. Rights of Use over Reviews

By submitting a Review you grant us a free, non-exclusive, and unlimited license in terms of territory and time to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, publicly communicate, or distribute the Review, in any medium or format, including websites, social networks, commercial communications, points of sale, and, in particular, also for advertising or promotional purposes.

This license does not grant you the right to remuneration and will remain in effect as long as the content continues to be useful for the purposes described.

7.4 Withdrawal, modification, and revocation

You may request at any time the withdrawal, anonymization, or modification of your Review by contacting info@gruposolti.org. You may also revoke the consent given for its use, without prejudice to the processing already carried out in accordance with the law.

7.5 Liability

As a User, you are solely responsible for the content of your Review and any legal consequences arising from it. Reviews reflect the personal opinions of their authors and therefore do not constitute statements or guarantees issued by us. At FUNDACION SOLTI, we disclaim all liability regarding their truthfulness, accuracy, or usefulness.

8. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

8.1 Intellectual and/or industrial property

The design of the Tool, as well as its databases, software (including source code), the various elements that compose it (texts, graphics, photographs, videos, sound recordings, color combinations, etc.), as well as the distinctive signs (logos, registered trademarks, and trade names) appearing therein are the property of FUNDACION SOLTI or the license holders and are protected by the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights. Under no circumstances does access to or use of the Tool imply the transfer of any intellectual and/or industrial property rights over it or its contents.

8.2 Force majeure

At FUNDACION SOLTI, we will not be liable for total or partial non-compliance with our obligations when this is due to a case of fortuitous event or force majeure that prevents or delays access to or operation of the Tool. Such cases shall include, by way of example and not limitation, war, riots, insurrection, social disturbances, strikes of any nature, and supply problems not attributable to FUNDACION SOLTI. If a fortuitous event or force majeure occurs, we will inform you within 10 days of its occurrence.

8.3 Modification of the Terms of Use

These Terms of Use were last updated on 02/02/2026. We may review and update these Terms of Use at any time and will notify you by usual means, but whenever they affect material elements, they will not take effect until 14 days after publication.

8.4 Independence and Integrity of the Clauses

The illegality, invalidity, or ineffectiveness of any of the clauses that make up these Terms of Use shall not affect the validity of the rest, provided that the rights and obligations are not essentially affected. Such clauses shall be replaced or supplemented with others that, being in accordance with the law, fulfill the purpose of the replaced ones.

8.5 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Access to and use of the App shall be governed by the provisions of Spanish law. Any dispute or controversy shall be resolved by the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to you, except in the case that you are considered a consumer, in which case the courts and tribunals of your domicile shall have jurisdiction.
