At Honna Surf Hub we offer you a space where you can take surf lessons and we provide you with the website https://www.honnasurfhub.com so that you can get information and manage your bookings (hereinafter, the "Website"), according to the following Terms of Use.

Access to the Website grants you the status of “User,” understood as anyone who uses the Website for the purpose of obtaining information about the products and services offered, to register on the booking platform, or to book a session (hereinafter, a “Booking”).

1.2 Acceptance of the Terms of Use

We recommend that you read these Terms of Use carefully before making a Booking. Use of the Website or making a Booking by any User implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and Cookies and the Legal Notice, which are available at the bottom of the Website.

If you have any questions related to the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and Cookies or the Legal Notice, you can contact us through our usual contact channels, and if you do not agree with them, we ask you to leave this page and not make any Reservation. If you make a Reservation on behalf of a company, you should know that it will be bound by the same.

2. USE OF THE WEBSITE

2.1 Access to the Website

The Website is free and open to access; however, making a Reservation requires prior subscription or registration on the Website. Additionally, some sections may require you to fill out a form or make a payment beforehand, as explained later.

As a User, you agree to use the Website, its content, and its services in accordance with these Terms of Use, applicable law, public order, and good customs, and not to use it in a way intended to damage, disable, and/or overload the Website, or that may in any way prevent the normal use and operation of it.

At Honna Surf Hub, we make a continuous effort to keep the Website functioning properly, maintaining updated content. However, at Honna Surf Hub, we cannot guarantee complete availability and continuity of access to the Website, or the updating of its content.

2.2 Registration

As mentioned, to make a Reservation, we may ask you to provide certain registration data or other information. By continuing with the registration, you agree to: - provide true, accurate, current, and complete information in the registration form; and - promptly maintain and update this information so that it remains true, accurate, current, and complete.

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account and deny you current or future use of the Website. The processing of personal data you provide through the registration form will be governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookies.

2.3 Web Usage Limitations

By using the Web, you agree not to:

• Place an order if you are under 18 years old.
• Perform actions that may alter, damage, interrupt, or harm our electronic systems or those of third parties; as well as not obstruct other users' access to the Web and its services by massively consuming the computing resources through which we provide our services.
• Attempt to access other users' email accounts or restricted areas of the computer systems of Surf Spot Madrid SL or third parties and, if applicable, extract information.
• Violate our intellectual or industrial property rights or the rights of third parties.
• Reproduce, copy, distribute (or any other form of public communication), transform, or modify the content published on the Web.
• Use any robot, spider, or other device, process, or automatic means for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any material from the Web.
• Bypass any measures we may take to prevent or restrict access to certain areas of the Web.
• Attempt in any other way to interfere with the proper functioning of the Web.

If you do not comply with the provisions of these Purchase Conditions or any other conditions contained on this Web, we reserve the right to limit, suspend, and/or terminate your access to it, and may take any necessary measures to do so.

2.4 Security and Password

Your password is for your personal use and you should not disclose it to anyone since your account is personal and you must not allow any other person access to restricted areas of the Web or parts of it using your username, password, or other security information.

If there is any unauthorized access or use related to your username or password, you must notify us immediately. We may cancel or block your account to protect you, Surf Spot Madrid SL, or other users.

3. RESERVATIONS

You may make Reservations through the Web, for which it is necessary that you accept these Terms of Use, as well as the Privacy Policy and Cookies.

3.1 Making a Reservation

We provide you with a reservation module “Book the Wave” so that you can make and manage your Reservation. Once the Reservation is made through the module, you will receive an email confirming its validity along with all the corresponding information.

If you do not receive the reservation confirmation, check that the payment has been correctly made in your bank account. If the payment is confirmed, check your junk or “spam” mail. It should be there. In any case, do not hesitate to contact us at the Rider Service phone number (916 189 755 ext. 1) from Monday to Sunday from 11:00 to 21:00.

3.2 What Does the Reservation Include?

In the Beginner, Intermediate, and Kids Surf sessions, we include all the necessary equipment: board, wetsuit if needed, and the surf class with our instructors. In the Pro and Pro Plus sessions, equipment is not included.

You can find all the information about the levels on the Website. However, if it is your first time at Honna Surf Hub, even if you have surfed in the sea before, it is mandatory to book at least one first time at the Beginner level. This is because it is necessary to attend the technique and safety briefing, which is only held in the Beginner and Kids Surf sessions 15 minutes before the session starts.

If you have already surfed with us, we recommend booking a second time at the Intermediate level and having our instructors recommend what the next step should be.

3.3 Conditions to Modify or Cancel a Reservation

If you want to modify the reservation date or time, we will do our best to accommodate your request as long as it is made at least 24 hours in advance and subject to availability. You can request the modification from your profile on the Website or by contacting us through the usual channels.

If you do not attend on the day and time of the Reservation, it will be considered a late modification or cancellation, and you will lose your right to a refund.

4. GIVE THE WAVE AS A GIFT

Thank you very much for thinking of us to give a gift to that special person. To formalize the purchase of the gift voucher, you must complete the form we provide for this purpose.

4.1. Purchasing a Gift Voucher

Once you have selected the gift voucher you want, provided the name of the recipient and your email, you can confirm the purchase by clicking the "buy" button or similar from the cart. You must review the information you enter and correct any errors before confirming, as once you make the payment you will no longer be able to correct them. We will send you a notification confirming the purchase.

4.2 Modification or Cancellation of a Gift Voucher

Once you have confirmed the purchase of the gift voucher and the payment has been authorized, you will not be able to modify, cancel, or request a refund.

4.3 Payment Authorization

You must bear in mind that if the payment made is not authorized, we will not be able to process the gift voucher.

4.4 Delivery of the Gift Voucher

We will send the gift voucher to the email address you have provided in PDF format. If you have any questions, please contact us through the usual channels.

5. PRICE AND PAYMENT

5.1 Fees

The prices are those indicated on the Website and may be updated at any time without prior notice. These prices include VAT or other applicable indirect taxes.

5.2 Payment Methods

To place an Order you must provide a payment method. The Website may redirect you to third-party platforms to complete the payment of the Reservation by credit card.

5.3 Updating Your Payment Methods

You can modify your payment methods through your account or by contacting us via the email . After each update, you authorize us to continue charging you through the relevant payment method(s).

5.4 Billing

When making a payment, you can indicate if you wish to receive the invoice in electronic format. If at any time you prefer to receive it on paper, just notify us through any of our customer service channels and we will send it to you at no additional cost.

6. DISCLAIMERS

- Regarding the information: The content of the Website is general in nature and intended for informational purposes only, without guaranteeing its completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or usefulness for any specific purpose.

- Of third-party linked content and services: We offer you such links and information and/or services solely for your convenience, and it is your responsibility to read and accept the terms of use and privacy policies published on those linked websites or applications.

Under no circumstances does the existence of linked sites, integrations, the presence of plugins, or search mechanisms imply a recommendation or promotion of the linked sites or their content by Surf Spot Madrid SL. Therefore, we are not responsible for the content, statements, or services provided by third-party websites.

In any case, we will proceed to the immediate removal of any link when the content to which it redirects may contravene national or international legislation, morality, or public order. Therefore, if you consider that there is a linked website with illegal or inappropriate content, we ask you to inform us so that we can take the measures we deem appropriate.

- On the availability of the Website: We have adopted, and will continue to adopt, all necessary measures within our capabilities and the state of technology to ensure the proper functioning of the Website and to prevent the existence of harmful components. However, we will not be liable for any damages or losses that you or third parties may suffer due to the inability to access the Website, as well as the presence of viruses, worms, or other harmful elements.

7. REVIEWS AND RATINGS

Honna Surf Hub allows Users who have contracted the Services or made a Reservation to share their experience through reviews, ratings, and comments (hereinafter, the “Reviews”). These Reviews aim to help other Users make informed decisions.

By submitting a Review, the User expressly accepts these Terms of Use, the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy and Cookies, and declares that:

• They are of legal age.
• They are the original author of the content or have the necessary authorizations for its publication.
• The Review reflects a real personal experience, either their own or of people in their environment for whom they have authorization to share such experience.
• They have not received any payment, gift, incentive, or compensation for issuing the Review, except in the case of sponsored reviews or those derived from official commercial agreements with Honna Surf Hub, which will be clearly identified as incentivized content or promotional collaborations.
• The content does not infringe on third-party rights (including copyrights, image rights, data protection, trade secrets, or the right to honor).
• It does not include personal data (such as full names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, reservation numbers, contracting identifiers, or similar) of themselves or third parties.
• They refrain from including images or references to minors.
• They waive all moral rights that may arise from the publication of the content.
• They accept that, when the system requires it, they may be asked for a pseudonym, which may be visible alongside the Review.

7.1 Moderation and Publication

Reviews may be reviewed by Honna Surf Hub, both through the implementation of automated systems and by manual methods, before or after their publication. Likewise, Honna Surf Hub reserves the right to delete or reject them, in whole or in part and without prior notice, if:

• They are false, misleading, inaccurate, or not based on a real experience.
• They contain offensive, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, sexist, racist language or incite hatred or violence.
• They include advertising, spam, links, prices, external comparisons, or other commercial purposes.
• They contain viruses or potentially harmful technical elements.
• They refer to topics unrelated to the Services evaluated, such as access or usage problems, payments, cancellations, or administrative procedures, which must be processed through the enabled contact channels.
• They contain personal data of any kind or sensitive data according to Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (such as health, beliefs, sexual orientation, etc.).
• They constitute attacks on other Users or other Reviews.

Although Honna Surf Hub may correct spelling or formatting errors that do not alter the content, as well as remove personal data included by mistake; both positive and negative Reviews that meet these requirements and under the same moderation criteria will be published. Likewise, each User may publish only one Review per contracted Service.

7.2 Verification and Publication of Reviews

When Honna Surf Hub can verify that the Review corresponds to the Services actually contracted, through the contracting data, the email linked to the account, or another technical validation mechanism, such Review may be displayed as “verified” and the User will be informed of the verification method applied.

Reviews may come from Users who have contracted the Services directly on Honna Surf Hub or from third-party websites, in which case their origin may be indicated.

Once published, Honna Surf Hub will inform Users about the criteria used to determine their order of appearance, which will be based on objective parameters such as the publication date, relevance, or usefulness. Under no circumstances will the original content or rating be modified.

7.3 Rights of Use over Reviews

The User grants Honna Surf Hub, free of charge, non-exclusively and without territorial or temporal limitation, a license to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, publicly communicate, or distribute the Review, in any medium or format, including websites, social networks, commercial communications, points of sale, and, in particular, also for advertising or promotional purposes.

This license does not grant the right to remuneration and will remain in effect as long as the content continues to be useful for the described purposes.

7.4 Withdrawal, modification, and revocation

The User may request at any time the withdrawal, anonymization, or modification of their Review by contacting ola@citywavemadrid.com. They may also revoke the consent granted for its use, without prejudice to the processing already carried out in accordance with the law.

7.5 Liability

The User will be solely responsible for the content of their Review and any legal consequences arising from it. Reviews reflect the personal opinions of their authors, and therefore do not constitute statements or guarantees by Honna Surf Hub, which disclaims all responsibility regarding their truthfulness, accuracy, or usefulness.

8. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

8.1 Intellectual and/or industrial property

The design of https://www.honnasurfhub.com as well as the databases, software (including source code), the various elements that make up the website (texts, graphics, photographs, videos, sound recordings, color combinations, etc.), as well as the distinctive signs (logos, registered trademarks, and trade names) appearing therein are owned by Surf Spot Madrid SL or the license holders and are protected by the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights.

Under no circumstances does the use of the Website or the contracting of the Services imply the transfer of any intellectual and/or industrial property rights over it or its contents.

8.2 Force majeure

The fulfillment by Surf Spot Madrid SL of all or part of its obligations will be suspended in the event of a fortuitous event or force majeure that prevents or delays compliance. Such events shall be considered, in particular, without this list being exhaustive: war, riots, insurrection, social unrest, strikes of any nature, and supply problems not attributable to it.

If a fortuitous event or force majeure occurs, we will inform you within 10 days following its occurrence. In the event that such suspension extends beyond a period of 30 days, you will have the option to cancel the Reservation and a refund will then be processed under the conditions set forth in these Terms of Use.

8.3 Modification of the Terms of Use

These Terms of Use were last updated on 26/02/2026. We may review and update these Terms of Use at any time and will notify you by the usual means, but whenever they affect material elements, they will not take effect until 14 days after publication.

8.4 Independence and Integrity of the Clauses

The illegality, invalidity, or ineffectiveness of any of the clauses that make up these Terms of Use will not affect the effectiveness of the rest, provided that the rights and obligations are not essentially affected. Such clauses shall be replaced or supplemented with others that, being in accordance with the law, fulfill the purpose of the replaced ones.

8.5 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Access to and use of https://www.honnasurfhub.com shall be governed by the provisions of Spanish law. Any dispute or controversy shall be resolved by the courts and tribunals of Granollers with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to you, except in the case that you are considered a consumer, in which case the courts and tribunals of your domicile shall have jurisdiction.
