Regarding invitations to submit purchase reviews: Calzados Lamolla S.A and TRUSTED SHOPS will be jointly responsible for sending review invitations to customers of the TRUSTED SHOPS Buyer Protection service. In this regard, the customer is informed that the following order information: order number, email address, date and time of the order, will be transferred to TRUSTED SHOPS for the purpose of sending review invitations to the customer about their purchase. Only in this way (by providing the data) is it possible to link the reviews to a specific order. The legal basis for transferring the order data to TRUSTED SHOPS is the fulfillment of contractual obligations under Art. 6.1.b GDPR arising from the user contract entered into between TRUSTED SHOPS and the buyer, when the buyer has registered with TRUSTED SHOPS to enjoy the services. TRUSTED SHOPS will be responsible for sending the review invitation.
