The Terms of Use regulate the way a website offers a series of paid services that require prior registration or payment by users. This document informs about the conditions under which the service will be provided, such as the price or duration of it.

Various regulations govern this aspect both at the European level, through Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, and at the national level through Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, commonly known as the Consumer and User Law, which establishes the rights of consumers and users; as well as the so-called LSSI, Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce.

The Conditions of Purchase regulate the specifications under which products are sold through your website, such as shipping, returns, or warranty, among others. This document is mandatory for all websites that sell products.
